I'm looking for a Sales Director to set up and lead the sales department of the subsidiary of an international company.
The job is based in Craiova but will involve travel to Bucharest and in Oltenia.
Our client is new on the Romanian market and taking over a recently privatised enterprise.
The candidate we are looking for will have 5-7 years experience in sales in a fast-speed business preferably in a foreign company and selling business to
business.
He or she will have good sales and negotiation skills as well as leadership skills, lots of energy, be comfortable with risk and comfortable about in a 'start up' situation.
