Reports to: Corporate Communication ManagerJob scope: „« Contribute to the positive projection of business image through specific communication initiatives and actions, mainly targeting but not limited to internal publics, including employees¡¦ mobilization and the alignment around the objectives of the company.
Job responsibilities:- Identifies, develops, deploys and continuously optimizes internal communication channels and media tools to facilitate animation towards corporate goals and the communication of the organization¡¦s accomplishments.
- Develops communication messages according to the defined targets and chosen internal channels, in line with the framework set by the management as well as company¡¦s mission, vision and values.
- Plans and organizes the development of internal communication and animation on key initiatives, projects and function¡¦s achievements, in cooperation with colleagues from concerned departments and other outside providers.
- Plans, organizes and monitors in house events (such as information meetings, seminars, conventions and visits), including participation to concept stage with concerned departments and HR.
- Collaborates with communication agencies / advisors, event organizers and other outside providers to ensure that the assigned projects goals are met within the defined budget and timing parameters. Responsible for managing own assigned budget.
- Follows up and assess the efficiency of internal communication initiatives through appropriate qualitative and quantitative key performance indicators (including company surveys).
- Connects, gathers information and ensures internal communication and deployment of key events, accomplishments and best practices from South Eastern Europe (Romania, Bulgaria and Adriatic).
Cerinte:Education: University degree (public relations, journalism, advertising or communication are preferred, but in the end relevant experience is decisive).
Experience: At least 2 years previous experience in HR or media and communication within an advertising or consultancy agency or within a multinational company.

Travel requirements: Limited, as per requirements.
Languages: Fluency in English, both written and spoken
French ¡V is considered an advantage.
