Dictatura imobiliara -- Modificarile Ordonantei 27/2008 initiate de unii deputati fac acest act normativ "inutil, golit de continut, care va perpetua actuala stare a urbanismului", afirma Ordinul Arhitectilor din Romania (OAR).
